Our community is important to us. Giving the best treatment available to our patients, Texas Tech University Health Services Center aims to apply our scientific and clinical strengths to support the health needs of our local West Texas community and our broader community across the state.
The Texas Tech Mental Health Initiative (TTMHI) facilitates opportunities for coordination and collaboration between the component institutions of the Texas Tech University System (TTUS) and the community. The TTMHI coordinates mental health efforts to avoid duplication and encourage collaboration; serves as a repository of system wide knowledge on mental health; builds research collaborations and identifies opportunities to apply research findings in clinical practice; and advocates integrating best practices into public policy.
